Who We Are

Children's Home, Casa Dayspring, in El Higo, Veracruz, Mexico

In 2008, we began working with the mayor of the city of El Higo, Veracruz, to begin the process of starting an orphanage in that city. We already have developed a good working relationship with the many leaders there. After several meetings with the mayor and the social services department, we determined that there was a great need in the area that was not being met. The city of El Higo is a county seat and the center of government for over 60 villages in the area. In addition, there are 3 other county seats within 30 miles that have similar needs. Our children's home would provide a permanent home for children that are removed from homes due to abuse and those that have been left without parents due to death and other reasons.

Casa Dayspring is financed entirely by the donations of friends and partners. Your generous gift allows us to continue to make a difference in the lives of children in Mexico. All gifts are tax deductible.
